The meaning behind BY

There’s a person
behind every perspective.

DecorumBY began with an idea: home décor shaped by the artists who create it. Our next chapter makes room for their stories, their processes and new collaborations.

Art Miami + CONTEXT 2026: Two Fairs, One Collecting Conversation

See the two fairs as a conversation rather than a checklist. Move between established visual languages and less familiar ones, paying attention to scale: a work that commands a fair booth may ask for a different kind of breathing room at home. Notice which pieces hold your attention from a distance and which reward a closer look. That balance is often the beginning of a more personal collection.

December 1–6, 2026; public access begins December 1 at 4pm. Earlier VIP preview requires the appropriate pass.

Admission: One day $71; multi-day $184; VIP $330. Senior 62+, student 12–18, and qualifying groups $48. Check each pass’s inclusions.

NADA Miami 2026: Make Room for a New Perspective

Let curiosity set the pace. NADA is an invitation to spend time with work that feels unfamiliar, ask questions, and notice the artists you keep thinking about after leaving. For a home with a strong point of view, an unexpected image can be more compelling than a perfectly matched one. Bring an open mind and look closely at smaller works, surfaces, and the conversations between pieces.

December 1–5, 2026; invitation-only preview December 1, 10am–4pm; public opening 4pm.

Admission: Single day $55; multi-day $75; Vernissage $150. Senior 65+/student $35 onsite with ID; children 12 and under free.

Untitled Art, Miami Beach 2026: A Fresh Eye Beside the Ocean

A beachfront fair offers a lovely excuse to reset the eye. Look for paintings, photographs, and works on paper that create their own atmosphere rather than simply echoing a room’s colors. Consider a small work that invites intimacy or a larger piece that changes the rhythm of a wall. Leave time between booths: the image you remember after a pause may be the one worth returning to.

Public fair December 2–6, 2026; VIP/press preview December 1. Public hours 11am–7pm December 2–5 and 11am–5pm December 6.

Admission: Tickets are on sale through the organizer. A current 2026 price could not be verified on its accessible ticket page; confirm the live price before buying.

Art Basel Miami Beach 2026: Look Slowly, Collect Personally

The pleasure of a major fair is discovering what stays with you after the first impression. At Art Basel Miami Beach, give yourself permission to look slowly. A photograph’s quiet horizon, an expressive brushstroke, or a surprising color relationship can become a useful starting point for thinking about your own walls. Rather than trying to see everything equally, return to a few works and ask why they matter to you.

Public fair December 4–6, 2026. Preview access is separate and invitation/pass dependent.

Admission: Use the official live ticket shop for current pricing and availability. The organizer’s ticket page links to the shop, but a current price was not verifiable during this check.

London Art Fair 2027: A Winter Encounter with Modern and Contemporary Art

A January visit to London Art Fair offers an inviting way to spend time with Modern and contemporary art at the Business Design Centre. For a home collector, the pleasure is in comparing visual languages: a restrained work beside something more gestural, a familiar subject beside a less literal image. Approach the fair as a looking exercise before treating it as a shopping itinerary. Notice which pieces hold your attention after the first glance, and ask galleries about the artist, medium, edition, condition and provenance. Bring wall measurements if you are considering a purchase, but leave room for a discovery that changes your original brief.

January 20–24, 2027; VIP preview and preview evening January 19.

Admission: 2027 day passes, evening tickets and Premier Passes are advertised. A current numerical price was not verified; confirm the final total in the official ticket shop.

ART SG 2027 in Singapore: Contemporary Art and a Wider Conversation

ART SG returns to Marina Bay Sands during Singapore Art Week, bringing contemporary art from Southeast Asia and the wider international gallery community into view. For a visitor accustomed to a narrower group of references, the opportunity is to expand the conversation. Spend time with works whose materials, histories or visual language are unfamiliar, and ask a gallery representative to explain the context behind them. The fair’s program includes more than conventional wall presentations, making it worth checking the current schedule before arriving. Take notes on the ideas that stay with you; a fair visit can influence how you see your own collection without requiring an immediate purchase.

Public days January 22–24, 2027; preview and vernissage January 21.

Admission: Early-bird tickets are advertised. A current 2027 numerical price was not verified; use the official ticket link to check admission categories and final charges.
